A QUIET KIND OF COURAGE

Courage doesn’t always roar.

Sometimes, it’s the quiet decision to try again.
To get out of bed when everything feels heavy.
To speak up, even if your voice shakes.
To forgive yourself for yesterday.

We think bravery has to look big, leaps, declarations, spotlight moments.
But some of the bravest things you’ll ever do will go unnoticed by the world.
And that doesn’t make them any less real.

So if today you choose to keep going, even gently, even slowly, you’re practicing a quiet kind of courage.

And that counts. It always counts.

With love
