THE SOUND OF STARTING OVER

Starting over rarely sounds like a grand announcement.
It’s not trumpets or fireworks.
It’s quieter than that.
It’s the soft click of a door unlocking.
The first page turning in a new notebook.
The kettle boiling for the first cup of tea after you’ve decided to try again.
We think fresh starts require big moves, but most of them begin with something small, a single decision to move forward, one breath at a time.
So if today feels uncertain, if you’re standing at the edge of something new,
don’t wait for the perfect moment.
The perfect sound.
Just listen closely.
Starting over might already be happening.
With love
