THE WEIGHT OF QUIET
Some silences feel heavy.
They press against your chest, fill the room, and make you wonder if you should speak just to break them.
Other silences feel light.
Like a warm blanket, like a pause between laughs, like a breath that finally comes easy.
We forget sometimes that quiet isn’t empty — it’s full.
Full of the things we haven’t said yet.
Full of the things we’re still learning to understand.
Full of rest we didn’t know we needed.
Today, let the quiet be what it is.
Don’t rush to fill it.
Listen to what it’s trying to tell you.
Because sometimes, the quiet is where we finally hear ourselves again.
With love
